Tony Discount makes Charlotte rug shopping easier when the rug is part of a full room purchase
One reason Tony Discount stands out for an area rug sale is that rugs are not separated from the rest of your home needs. Tony Discount also sells sofas, sectionals, sleeper sofas, loveseats, recliners, chairs, and mattresses, which helps you compare the rug purchase against the other pieces you still need for the room.
That makes budgeting simpler. You can choose a rug that ties the room together while still leaving room in your plan for seating, sleep, or comfort upgrades from the same Charlotte store.
Final-sale, damage-reporting, and delivery terms to review before you buy a Charlotte area rug
Tony Discount is also a good fit if you want the policy terms stated clearly before checkout. The store’s published refund policy says most sales are final except for defective or damaged products, which is important to understand when you are shopping sale or liquidation merchandise.
“For most purchases at Tony Discount, all sales are final except defective or damaged products.”
If you choose delivery, inspect your rug as soon as it arrives. Tony Discount’s policy says defective or damaged items must be identified within 12 hours of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange, so checking the condition right away protects your next step if there is a problem.
“Tony Discount requires defective or damaged delivered items to be identified within 12 hours.”
The same published policy lists a $250 restocking fee for eligible returns and a pickup fee of $50 plus $2.50 per mile one way from the distribution center. Knowing those terms before you buy helps you compare rug options more carefully and avoid assuming that a sale item follows the same return rules as a standard online order.
