There is a good case for buying one. A single sofa leaves a room flexible — you can add a chair later, change the layout without buying anything, and take it with you to a place where a sectional would never fit. Sectionals look like more furniture for the money and then dictate the shape of every room you put them in.
What you are paying for here is the frame and the cushion work. Press down on the seat edge and look at how the arm is built; Thomasville construction at a liquidation price is the reason this piece is worth a look rather than the styling.
Ask us for the cleaning code on the tag before you buy.
Measure the wall and the doorway. That is all this one needs.
